A full osteopathic and movement assessment will be conducted during your appointment on bodily dysfunctions, posture, joint range of motion, strength tests, etc. A manual osteopathic treatment as well as exercise prescription will then be given to further correct imbalances and help your body get back to functioning at optimal levels.

*NOTE: Please bring a notepad or paper to record exercises given during session.
