Hi everyone, A credit card will be required to book appointments online. Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking. It will only be charged if you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, or do not show up for your appointment. If there is a last-minute cancellation due to an emergency, illness, or other extenuating circumstances, I am always happy to chat with you regarding the matter and discuss possible charges.
Please note: appointments are reserved just for you, and late cancellations/no-shows prevent other clients from booking and impact clinic operations and practitioner time. Appointment reminders via email and text will be sent 72 and 24 hours before your appointment. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting my time - it truly helps me provide consistent care to everyone!
If you are a 'NEW CLIENT', OR if it’s been over 12 months since your last appointment, please select the "60 min INITIAL ASSESSMENT and Manual Osteopathy Treatment" option. ‘EXISTING CLIENTS ’, please note there are 60 and 45-minute follow-up treatment options available. If you are looking to book, please check either option for availability.
**If you do not see any appointments available on a given week, please check back regularly as cancellations happen, and appointments become available frequently. If you would like to be added to the WAITLIST should an earlier appointment become available, please click “Waitlists” under the main menu and fill out the "Join Waitlist" section, or contact me via email or text message directly.

I will have limited availability on Saturdays (usually 1x/month). These appointments are for 45 mins for EXISTING clients. Please select the 45-minute treatment option when booking Saturday appointments. If you would like a 60-minute appointment on a Saturday, I will do my best to accommodate your request. If you are a NEW client and would like an appointment on a Saturday (60 minutes), please contact me directly via phone or email, and I will book you in myself.
